Waldorf Parent-Child Introduction
In this Waldorf parent-child class, Ms Yve holds a space for you to delight in the changes that characterize the first three years of life. You will have the opportunity to meet your child with wonder, respect, and a growing sense of capability.
Fridays, March 15, 22 and 29 from 10 to 11:30 -FULL
Saturdays, March 16, 23 and 30, from 10 to 11:30
Fridays, April 12, 19 and 26 from 10 to 11:30; In session
Fridays, May 10, 17 and 24, from 10 to 11:30
Cost is $100 per couple.
Heavy Cats
This big, heavy and friendly cat will be a trusty companion for your child. The lavender scent has a calming effect on children, and it weighs 4 pounds which gives the child a grounded feeling.
Many Waldorf schools have heavy babies or cats for its healing qualities. Children will often be seen reading to their cats, delicately caring for them, or having a nap with them. To hold them is to fall in love with them! You can make a cat out of an outgrown sweater and give it another life.

Doll Class
Join Yvonne de Maat in hand making a lovable Waldorf doll from scratch. Dolls are stuffed with sheep’s wool and made out of cotton corduroy, up-cycled wool, or perhaps a favorite piece of clothing that your child has outgrown!
Soft Waldorf dolls encourage sweet, nurturing play and are wonderful for girls and boys. They also make very special forever keepsakes… made with love.
The next class will be scheduled for the Winter of 2024.
Simplicity Parenting
This Simplicity Parenting Class offers simple ways to make changes in your home environment, your children’s schedules and the “stuff” that surrounds them. The intention is to create a sense of calm and confidence within the family.
In this series, we will work with Kim Payne’s book Simplicity Parenting to discover that ease. We will discuss topics in a supportive space and explore new ways of rising to the wonderful challenge of being a parent today.

Cancellations made prior to 2-WEEKS before the first day of class will receive a 50% REFUND.*
Cancellations made after 2-WEEKS before the first day of class will receive a 25% REFUND.*
There are no refunds made once class has begun.
FOR DROP-IN CLASSES
There are no refunds made for cancellations made prior to class registered for.*
There are no refunds made once class has begun.
*NON-REFUNDED FEES for cancellations made prior to the first day of class or the day of a drop-in class are redeemable as a discount off the immediately following scheduled class of the same kind and are non-transferable, except when making a drop-in cancellation a series registration.
